Workforce Software’s VISION 2019 user conference concluded this week in Denver. This year’s event was a success, drawing a record number of attendees and featuring industry roundtables, product demos, thought leadership sessions and a host of social events and networking opportunities with colleagues, clients, and WorkForce Software implementation experts.

FEATURED PRESENTATION

Innovative Change Management & Implementation Success (presented by Workforce Insight & Southwest Gas)

In addition to proudly sponsoring this year’s VISION event and celebrating 11+ years as a trusted WorkForce Software partner, Workforce Insight co-presented with Southwest Gas on their successful transition from a 30-year-old homegrown system to today’s “Easy, Accurate, and Mobile” WorkForce Software solution.

The presentation was well-attended, engaging, and highly interactive among presenters and attendees at all stages of their WorkForce Software implementation and optimization journeys, highlighting the importance of a comprehensive change management framework.

Keynotes, Year in Review, Market Outlook, and Product Innovation Announcements

The event also featured WorkForce Software keynote speakers CEO Mike Morini and Joe Ross, VP Global Product Management. Several major product announcements were made, all focused on improved user experience and leveraging insights to address the need for increased productivity, engagement, and simplified compliance. Innovations unveiled this year include WorkForce Hub and WorkForce Assistant, as well as Dynamic Scheduling, bringing to life the “must work, can work, like to work” aspects of scheduling.
