Previously, Santora served as the Managing Director of Global Markets at RiseSmart where he was responsible for building out the organization’s global deployment strategy and network.  Prior to RiseSmart Tony spent more than a decade at workforce solutions provider ManpowerGroup, where he held executive leadership roles in two of its specialty brands, Experis and Right Management. As the Global Managing Partner for Experis, Tony was responsible for the operations, restructuring and transformation of the global business and brand. During his time as Executive Vice President for Right Management, Tony drove exponential growth of the career and talent management practices and expanded the firms’ solution set and capabilities to scale through the creation of five global Centers of Excellence.

Santora is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as a Captain in the Army before beginning his civilian career.
