As EVP of Strategic Solutions, Russ McTyre oversees the development of innovative solutions that drive operational excellence for our clients, leading the company’s strategic advisory and workforce analytics practice areas. Russ and his team have earned a leadership reputation for helping enterprise clients enable data-driven cultures of continuous improvement that yield immediate cost savings and ongoing performance gains.

Russ brings more than 20 years of business intelligence and analytical application development experience across industries. Prior to joining Workforce Insight, Russ held leadership positions with analytics consulting and labor management software and services firms, including UKG (formerly Kronos), and has been responsible for all aspects of practice management ranging from pre-sales and services methodology to complex data warehouse design and executive account management. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Management from Georgia State University.
