As a recognized Kronos Workforce Dimensions partner with more than 13 years of leadership as a trusted workforce management advisor, Workforce Insight was engaged by the customer to:
- Provide a client-side Kronos Dimensions Project Manager to provide project oversight, manage client-side resources, lead applicable status meetings, and lead skills and knowledge transfer to client team members
- Provide optimal recommendations and insight on Kronos Dimensions system-related solutions and best practices that will help meet the client’s project objectives
- Leverage extensive Kronos Dimensions knowledge, workforce management insight and advisory services to the client project team
- Work across client locations to assess current and future needs and advise each solution options moving forward
- Provide Kronos subject matter expertise to help empower client to make Dimensions implementation and configuration decisions best suited to meet the company’s needs and requirements
