As an early adopter of Kronos Workforce Dimensions, this healthcare provider sought a trusted workforce management advisor with strong healthcare industry experience to provide client-side support and augment resources to ensure a smooth transition to Workforce Dimensions from its current state. Workforce Insight was engaged, providing a team of workforce management consultants with extensive healthcare staffing, scheduling and operations expertise to assist and advise the project team throughout the Workforce Dimensions implementation process.

KRONOS WORKFORCE DIMENSIONS CLIENT SIDE PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DEPLOYMENT SUPPORT

WFI was engaged to provide client side Dimensions project management support to avoid disruption in the face of imminent staff changes;  WFI also provided Kronos technical expertise to guide configuration decisions impacting healthcare operations as well as technical building blocks (data tables, transfer sets) to streamline the transition to Dimensions

Workforce Insight guided stakeholders in preparing for the impact of Kronos Dimensions, including change management planning, communications planning, training strategy and end user training to drive successful engagement and adoption

The Workforce Insight team leveraged their healthcare knowledge and experience to advise the client team on best practices and help create and implement new processes that aligned with the Kronos Workforce Dimensions solution to reduce manual effort and realize the system’s true value. In addition, the Workforce Insight team provided Kronos expertise and technical guidance to help with configuration decisions impacting operations as well as technical building blocks (data tables, transfer sets) to help in the Workforce Dimensions transition.
