Presented by Cleveland Clinic leaders Chris Soska, Executive Director of Enterprise Workforce Optimization & COO, and Irena Sobkiv, Director of Enterprise Workforce Optimization, the concept and evolution of the organization’s development of a centralized model for managing workforce strategy and systems was compelling and led to a lively exchange among attendees. Issues spurring the Workforce Optimization Office initiative resonated with many providers who have recognized the challenges around workforce management (WFM) and human capital management (HCM) silos and the resulting struggle to meet performance targets and goals for employee and patient satisfaction.
