As Chief Strategy Officer, Don Giffels is dedicated to helping shape the company’s vision, while maintaining the firm’s leadership reputation and market-leading growth. Working closely with clients, partners, industry leaders and analytics experts, Giffels leverages more than 20 years of experience in helping organizations more effectively leverage labor as their most valuable asset.

Giffels serves on the firm’s Board of Directors and has been recognized as a visionary, introducing innovative models and platforms that accelerate labor cost savings and drive higher impact performance gains for some of the world’s largest organizations.

As Co-Founder his oversight has led to fast-paced growth of the firm’s dedicated industry practice groups, such as healthcare, blending rich domain experience with leadership in workforce and analytics to address the most complex challenges customers face. Mr. Giffels has enjoyed a career that spans nearly two decades in the Workforce Management space distinguished by integrity and leadership in delivering solutions that improve business performance. He previously held a business development role with UKG (formerly Kronos) before he became a strategic advisor, guiding the analysis, implementation and optimization of workforce initiatives. Mr. Giffels earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration from Wayne State University in Michigan.
