The components of ACE embed analytics and industry best practices in a proven structure to address the most common challenges providers face throughout their analytics journey, from initial strategic planning through operational deployment and continuous enablement and adoption.

Analytics Assessment – initial and ongoing assessment of existing UKG Analytics system use/adoption, linkage to outside data sources, and analysis of WFM Data

Strategic Analytics Planning – identification of prioritized business use cases, vision/guidance on “what’s possible”, and related value/success criteria

KPI & Performance Target Definition for Performance Dashboard – guidance on KPI identification and definition of performance metrics and targets by department and/or functional area

Operationalization & Deployment of Performance Dashboard including department level targets, metadata driven metrics (client-defined) and drill-down functionality for root cause analysis

Analytics Asset Library – access to pre-developed dashboards, reports and turn-key analytics assets as extensions to client system
