Strategic Analyst Sharon Willoughby joins Workforce Insight, Inc. as Workforce Management Specialist to head Kronos implementation for national health care initiative.

Ms. Willoughby brings 20 years of payroll and workforce management systems analysis experience, along with CPP certification from the American Payroll Association. Mrs. Willoughby joined Workforce Insight to lead end-user training and product configuration of Kronos Workforce Central to locations throughout the U.S. She has deep expertise with timekeeping and labor scheduling software solutions.
Most recently, Ms. Willoughby led the implementation of workforce management solutions at large hospitals for Inland Northwest Health Services.
