Tony Lombardi

Tony Lombardi serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Workforce Insight, with global responsibility for business development, strategic partnerships, sales and marketing of all products, programs and services for the organization.  Tony also heads strategic planning and leads worldwide expansion efforts aimed at delivering a superior experience for clients, partners and key stakeholders.

Tony also directs all aspects of corporate marketing operations globally. His organization oversees brand strategy, corporate communications, customer relationship management, marketing strategy, partner alliances, digital media, leadership events and charitable programs.  Tony also heads strategy, planning and growth initiatives for emerging markets across the globe.  All vertical sales and marketing directors report to Tony and he guides the firm’s client expansion programs aimed at leveraging Workforce Insight’s portfolio of strategic and implementation services to yield measurable improvements in the way businesses perform.  Additionally, Tony is driving the transformation that will further entrench Workforce Insight as the workforce management partner of choice and the leader in client loyalty.

Before joining Workforce Insight, Tony served as Vice President of Business Development for the Impact Group, where he led rapid financial growth and established partnerships across the globe.  During his tenure, Tony expanded the organization’s reputation and strengthened the company’s brand among employees, shareholders, customers and partners.  Through a series of product enhancements, direct sales and private label agreements, Tony led the company to a position of sustained growth and profitability, with global and Fortune 500 organizations relying on the firm to help attract, retain and grow top talent worldwide.

With over 17 years of deep workforce management  expertise, Tony has held a variety of sales and marketing leadership roles for multiple workforce management software providers and IT consulting firms.   He has earned a reputation as an outstanding leader and has been recognized for his success in building lasting and loyal customer, partner and employee relationships throughout his career.

Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Webster University in St. Louis, where he resides with his wife and 3 children.
