Steve Goldman
Steve Goldman is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Workforce Insight.
Since founding Workforce Insight, Steve has spearheaded the growth of a best-in-class organization aligned to drive results. He has developed a culture of thought-leaders and has fostered a series of breakthrough initiatives designed to optimize the company's growth and efficiencies. With the goal of establishing Workforce Insight as the world’s leading workforce management firm, Steve has sharpened the firm’s strategic focus and concentrated its investments on long-term growth opportunities, infrastructure, technology and talent acquisition.
Steve has spent the past 12 years shaping workforce management strategies and technology initiatives for large, highly distributed organizations across the globe. Much of that time was spent at a leading workforce management software company working with large organizations in the manufacturing, retail, government and education verticals. He has also held leadership positions at Compuware and A. Schulman, both Fortune 500 companies.
Steve earned his bachelor degree from University of Michigan and serves on the Boards of multiple companies. He lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife, 2 young daughters, and two dogs.
