Scott has more than 10 years of HR and workforce management expertise, serving as trusted advisor to some of the nation's largest organizations in their quest to reduce overtime, improve staff retention and ensure compliance. Scott has also served in national leadership roles for some of the leading software vendors, and has led initiatives resulting in the advanced deployment of talent management solutions and strategic business transformation. He is known throughout the industry for his honest, straightforward approach and natural ability to mobilize project resources to streamline initiatives.
