Ryan Wilson-Flores
Ryan Wilson-Flores, MBA, LNFA is a Healthcare Strategist with Workforce Insight, where she provides workforce management and labor productivity consulting services to some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations and leading hospitals.
Ryan has over 14 years of healthcare leadership experience ranging from financial administration to nursing management, including her former role as Administrative Director of Labor Productivity Management for a large for-profit health system. Ryan is a member of HFMA’s South Texas Chapter. She is routinely invited to present seminars and workshops for healthcare member organizations, and is a contributing author for related publications.
