Mike Race

Mike Race is responsible for Workforce Insight’s Solutions Practice, where he oversees staff and resources to ensure razor sharp focus on customer objectives throughout the delivery continuum, from strategy to deployment, and solution optimization.

Mike fosters the technology agenda for Workforce Insight, and works closely with the company’s Strategic and Process Management groups to ensure targeted efficiency and performance. Mike has Workforce Management Specialists, Application Specialists, Training and Support teams reporting into his practice area.

With a career that spans 20 years, Mike brings a unique blend of senior management expertise in workforce management, from both customer and vendor perspectives. He has led technology initiatives as customer project manager as well as the Director of Implementation and Technical Services for a labor management technology firm, where he managed the delivery of workforce management solutions and a staff of 30 consultants.

Mike is most widely known for his leadership in streamlining deployment and adoption of solutions designed to address complex business challenges and has received accolades for driving the successful turnaround of projects otherwise marked for failure.

In 1989, Mike earned a bachelor of science degree in computer systems from the University of Phoenix, and Master Training Specialist certification with the United States Navy in 1990.
