Meghan Clarry
As Director of Human Resources and Recruiting for Workforce Insight, Meghan Clarry has responsibility for Workforce Insight's global human resources strategies, including talent management, benefits and compensation, staffing, organizational development, HR processes and systems. During her tenure, Meghan has been instrumental in supporting the company's fast-paced growth and helping Workforce Insight become recognized as a best in class leader and a "Colorado Company to Watch".
Meghan was recently honored by the company and the community for her leadership success, and nominated for the "Outstanding Women in Business" award. She has been instrumental in helping Workforce Insight build a high-performing, ownership culture and an organization that employees regard as a "Best Company to Work For".
Meghan's accomplishments include an employee growth and development program yielding exceptional staff retention, and a volunteer incentive program that inspired charitable work nationally and helped spark the organization's charitable giving arm, WFI Cares. Prior to joining Workforce Insight in 2007, Meghan held strategic HR roles with Covidien, an international medical device firm, and Array BioPharma, a biopharmaceutical company, where she specialized in compensation, recruiting, HR systems, benefits and served as a business partner and liaison for key business units.
Meghan is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado (Boulder) in Communications & Economics. Meghan volunteers regularly for the Center for Educational and Economic Equity and has a special devotion to at-risk youth and youth with disabilities. She is a strong promoter of company-wide charitable work and "green" initiatives. Meghan resides in Denver Colorado with her husband, Nate, and their dog, Zoe.
