Heiko Roth
As the Director of Enterprise Workforce Management at Workforce Insight, Heiko Roth works closely with the company’s strategic experts to deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of our Fortune 1000 clients.His responsibilities include overseeing solutions and managing a team of application specialists that deliver tangible business results, and developing and improving Workforce Insight’s industry-leading WFM Navigator approach.
Heiko brings more than 13 years of global workforce management, business, and technology expertise, playing a pivotal role as a trusted advisor on some of the industry’s largest workforce management (WFM) initiatives to date.Heiko applies his extensive consulting experience within a practical context of deploying WFM systems throughout large organizations, having led WFM initiatives throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from WFM strategy development, through vendor selection, build, rollout, and solution optimization.
Heiko has held several key positions with numerous successful start-ups and professional services firms: as a founding member of ThinkDynamics(a pioneering software start-up focused on data center automation and acquired by IBM in 2003), and as founding partner of EntryPoint Global (a boutique Workforce Management Consulting firm acquired by Workforce Insight in 2009). Prior to founding EntryPoint, Heiko worked as a senior consultant in the Workforce Management industry, focusing on enterprise deployments leveraging global delivery models.
Heiko holds a B.A.Sc. degree in Engineering (Applied Science) from the University of Waterloo, and lives with his wife in Toronto, Canada.
