Eileen Hanrahan is the Director of Marketing for Workforce Insight, where she oversees the strategic development and tactical implementation of Workforce Insight’s marketing initiatives including public relations, advertising, channel marketing, tradeshows and corporate communications. Eileen is also responsible for Workforce Insight’s brand management, market research and informational campaigns devoted to helping clients mitigate risk and improve workforce effectiveness.
Eileen brings more than 20 years of marketing and sales experience to her position with Workforce Insight. Prior to joining the company, she held senior marketing leadership and sales management roles with AOL/Time Warner, SBC (now AT&T) and University of Michigan Health System. She has been recognized for her innovation and success in launching new business enterprises, pioneering product initiatives, developing corporate strategic business plans for expanding markets, and production of award-winning digital campaigns. Eileen is also a contributing author and presenter for search engine marketing publications and business forums. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Michigan State University and enjoys running, swimming, biking and coaching her daughters’ jump rope travel team. Eileen and her husband have two daughters and a spoiled Shih Tzu.
