Dylan Riley

Dylan Riley oversees Retail Solutions, guiding leaders in identifying ways to transform their business through smarter investments in people and technology. He shares responsibility with the firm’s Retail Strategic Services leadership team with core focus on helping businesses develop roadmaps to facilitate best practice use of technology solutions for scheduling, timekeeping, task/execution management, traffic counting, absence & leave management.

Dylan brings more than 10 years of workforce management and enterprise technology expertise, including strategic roles with leading workforce management software vendors. He facilitates workshops that leverage the combined expertise of the firm’s retail consultants and former retailers who have worked with or at some of the most well-known organizations in the U.S. and abroad.

Throughout the firm’s advisory engagements Dylan works closely with the company’s Retail Strategic Services Advisors, many who have held leadership roles with, or at some of the most highly regarded retail chains. Dylan outlines opportunities for workforce management improvement and arms retailers with practical advice on “lessons learned” from leaders who have worn the same shoes. He facilitates analysis without waste, tapping leading experts and consultants, such as Mike Emsley, COO, to share insight from his work at HEB Grocers; Scott Knaul, former Director of Store Operations for Ann Taylor, Larry Leibach, former Payless Director of Profit Improvement, etc.) Dylan has earned leadership acclaim for integrity and breakthrough initiatives that helped large retailers navigate strategic, operational and technical landscapes to improve workforce performance.
