Don Giffels is Chief Business Development Officer and co-founder of Workforce Insight where he is responsible for worldwide business development, strategic consulting initiatives and alliance partnerships. Don oversees the firm’s Strategic Services and Partner Development, and each industry advisory group reports to him, including Retail, Health Care, Manufacturing, Government and Education Services.
Don has enjoyed a 16-year career in the Workforce Management space distinguished by integrity and leadership in delivering solutions that improve business performance. He has held strategic roles advising Fortune 1000 companies, and spent close to a decade guiding business and labor technology initiatives.
Don has earned a leadership reputation across industries for his success in navigating the strategic and operational landscapes required to achieve optimal value from workforce technology investments.
Don earned a bachelors degree in finance and business administration from Wayne State University in Michigan. He resides in Colorado with his wife and twin daughters.
